Importer put Renderer and Mesh Filter on LOD Group

Pixzy version 2020.1.1.8

Unity 2019.4.6f1

When I Import a model, with LODs Mode set to Leaves. The resulting model does have 4 LODs with reducing meshes, but there is also a Mesh Renderer and Mesh Filter on the GameObject that has the LOD Group component.

The attached mesh is a unique mesh, with a different name than LOD0.

What do I need to change on the import to prevent this duplication from happening?
