If you cannot connect to your user account from your Pixyz product, please check the following things:

  1. Your email (check the spelling) and password are correct.
  2. Your internet connection is correctly working.
  3. Check the configuration of your firewall. Indeed, the license activation process needs the Pixyz application to communicate with Pixyz server. Sometimes a firewall blocks applications: you need to turn it off during license activation, or create a rule to unblock Pixyz application.
