If you cannot connect to your user account from your Pixyz product, please check the following things:
- Your email (check the spelling) and password are correct.
- Your internet connection is correctly working.
- Check the configuration of your firewall. Indeed, the license activation process needs the Pixyz application to communicate with Pixyz server. Sometimes a firewall blocks applications: you need to turn it off during license activation, or create a rule to unblock Pixyz application.
