Please check in the list of formats supported by your PiXYZ product (go to the concerned product documentation and look for the Supported File Formats page).

If you are using PiXYZ STUDIO and the format has an alternative importer option in the Supported File Formats tab, you can set the PREFERENCES > IO > PreferAlternativeImporters option to True.

PiXYZ is set by default to import all CAD files following format specifications. In case of import issue, the “alternative” method can help to import a model.

If the format is supported but your file is still not importing, please contact us at contact@pi.xyz.
