- A log file recording what happened: open your product, replicate the issue, and send us the lastSession.log file at: C:/Users/*username*/AppData/Roaming/*Your-PiXYZ-product*/
Don't worry, it does not contain any sensitive data!
- If it is possible (we know how sensitive your data can be), please send us the 3d model, or a substract of it, on which the issue occures. This is the most efficient way for us to fix bugs!
