PiXYZ Helpdesk (tickets, forum...) and PiXYZ website (products management...) are not using the same accounts.
Please submit your registration to the Helpdesk platform (https://pixyzsoftware.freshdesk.com/ ) even if you already have a PiXYZ account.
Your registration needs to be manually confirmed by a Pixyz agent.
Ideally, please subscribe to the PiXYZ Helpdesk platform with the same email address as for your PiXYZ website account, it will be easier for us to process your bug reports, feature requests, and check your licenses & products related questions.
