License installation failure can happen if you are trying to install your license on:

  • A virtual environment
  • A remote machine
  • A machine connected with a VPN. If so please follow the offline installation procedure.
  • A session without Admin rights. If so, start your PiXYZ product (or Unity...) in administrator mode and try to reinstall your license.

  • An offline activation code (offline license manager panel)
